The Politician Who Won An Oscar

Councillor Richard Lockhart currently farms in the Southern Uplands Of Scotland. He is also a highly regarded local councillor. Born in post partition India, his father was a well known businessman who rubbed shoulders with the likes of Jinnah, Nehru and Mountbatten. Richard has lived a varied life, having served in the military, becoming a successful entrepreneur (and picking up an Oscar in the process) farming and of course serving as a local councillor.
